RecommendedWe met with JW Bampton on a Sunday when our A/C unit quit. He was very nice and through and gave us a great price with installation of a new unit the next day and also replaced our 22 year old hot water heater. We were very pleased with Casteel's service and would recommend them to anyone.

Casteel did an amazing job. Showed up in a mask and was right on time. They help me with a leaky water heater. Brian was really nice and informative. He help me save about $100 in my water heating bill. I would highly recommend these skilled professionals to fix any of my plumbing needs. 5 stars

We recently had to have an entire new HVAC unit. I researched with 3 different companies and Casteel noticed and recommended the most comprehensive work for the best price. I had a bad leak yesterday evening around 7pm and wasn’t sure where it was coming from. Water was all over the floor and had damaged some of my special needs son medical equipment/supplies. I called my landlord and within 5 minutes received a text from Casteel stating that a plumber would be out within hours and within another 10 minutes, I received a call from them. Casteel installed two complete systems in my house . They listened to what I needed and gave me viable options to choose from . From start to finish , I could not be happier with the entire process .
I had Casteel come out for a furnace tune up and free ac check in the spring. I have two systems. One system was replaced between those visits. When Casteel tech showed up for ac tune up he told me he had to check both even though one was 3 months old. He proceeded to tell me older unit needed to be replaced and had no Freon in it. He would be happy to send out a designer for a new system. I questioned how it could have no Freon in a sealed system.
