Recently gave them one star for customer service. I would like to give a 5 star to the Tech Chuck Sizemore. He was at the house for 5-7 hrs and worked non stop installing the new replacement AC and replaced something in the attic. He got the AC working. Customer service in area where they either dispatch, arrange parts to be delivered needs to improve to make sure all is a GO before letting a customer know its being delivered and then find out its a delay.
You cannot ask for more professional service then was provided by William Washington. Courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Look no further then Casteel for your plumbing needs.
We have been using Casteel for many years. They actually installed an HVAC unit about 5 years ago. Their office staff is exceptional and their technicians are very knowledgeable. Everyone at Casteel is professional. We would not hesitate to recommend them.
I have them come out all the time for my AC/heat and they are wonderful. They are honest and never try to sell me something I don't need. I will use them all the time, as long as I can!
