I have used plumbing repairs and electrical repairs and have been pleased with both. Also the HVAC service.
I had Casteel come out to put a new thermostat.in. The tech was great . He had a personality not an old grump . showed me how to work it. I have no problems with Casteel. Down the road i had to call them back some how i locked the screen. Of course i dint know that . they sent the same friendly professional guy out i had before . What some people dont get is attitude breeds attitude. So if your rude or in a bad mood , the person your dealing with picks up on it and they get the same attitude..........
I called in too have my HVAC serviced and the woman I spoke with, Bethany, was so helpful! She was kind, professional, and really showed quality customer service. Good customer service is far and few between, but y'all definitely served it! Thanks for keepin' us warm!
