Just had a new Furnace & A/C installed. From the tech that serviced my A/C the first time & taking time to show me a few potential issues & solutions (and not pushing a sale). Thank you, Doug! Finding that water leak and getting a prompt repair lined up I'm sure saved us a potential nightmare. Although it wasn't what you came for (routine HVAC maintenance) you notified us promptly of the problem and gave us a heads up on getting it repaired in a hurry before it turned into a disaster. You also returned, as promised, for the repair to the flue for the heater which you found and called to our attention, making that repair quickly, too.
Brian fixed the plumbing issue as well as made recommendations about future remedies to further improve our plumbing. Great service and very knowledgeable.
