We hired Casteel to do multiple important upgrades and replacements on our Roswell home. Simply stated: They did a uniformly OUTSTANDING job on everything including electrical, HVAC and plumbing. They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and communicated very well. Whenever an issue arose, they were 'Johnny on the spot' to resolve the matter ASAP. I have used Castelle for several years now. Before I would try and get individuals/companies that would do the work cheaper. Well cheaper is not always the best. And even though Castelle may not be the cheapest, they aren't the most expensive either, they are consistent. I feel if I always use them around my house for plumbing, electrical and HVAC they will know me and my house. Plus they won't be fixing jobs that were cheaper and may not have been done to code. I have been a customer of Casteel for eight years. I am very pleased with their professionalism and customer service. Their quality is great and they are always on time and call ahead. They installed a new Heating and Air Conditioning system and continue to service it. I have recommended them many times.

Excellent product and service. highly recommended. Had a new system installed. Had some problem with the thermostat, but they came out immediately and fixed the problem.
They did a great job as always.
I have had Casteel service my HVAC system for the past 7years. In 2014. they installed an entirely new high efficiency system and I am highly pleased. Gas and electric bills decreased and the system did not have to run nearly as often. I highly recommend them.
