Kudos to Casteel and their service technician Tim for fixing a vibration problem with our furnace. I called on New Years Day, and Tim was out the next day.
I have used Casteel over the years to install/maintain two HVAC systems. Their office and technical staffs are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The systems they recommend are outstanding, as is their work. I highly recommend the company as well as Michael, who performed my semi-annual servicing last week.
Jim did an excellent job and even fixed a leaky faucet an leak under the sink. He also took a look at my shower head. Did great job on fixing the hot water tank.
Kevin did a great job identifying the problem with my kitchen sink and fixing it very quickly. I will definitely call him again when I need a plumber.
We have had Casteel change over three HVAC systems in recent years and have a twice a year service agreement with them. Recently Randy came out to check the systems for the winter season. Randy is a very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable technician that did a through review of our systems and changed the filters. We have been very pleased with all of the team members that we have dealt with from Casteel. We have recommended them to friends and neighbors.
Although I have a home warranty (came with the new home), which I did use in the Spring for the seasonal AC check up, I was not happy with the service, since I had been using Casteel for years. Even though covered under the home warranty, I called and felt comfortable and safer with Casteel taking care of the service.
