I took off work and waited SIX HOURS for their entire window for service and no one showed. I gave them another chance and asked for the first appointment of the day. They missed that one as well. Worst company. I would recommend NEVER using them. Horrible work ethic.
It gets rather boring to say excellent service provided by a true professional - but it is what it is. Ben, like the other people of Casteel have always provided service like I was a member of the their family - not just another customer.
Tech was on time and courteous. Identified and fixed the problem quickly. Great service!
Our upstairs A/C went out on a Wednesday. We had another company who recently serviced the unit come out on Thursday to fix the issue only to find out that it was a dead compressor. They left and I called Chris at Casteel since they just installed the downstairs unit five months prior. He was out the next day with window units to get us through the weekend and had a two-man crew at the house on Monday to install a new unit. 3 week old, 3 ton, $7k unit they have been out 3 times already because the room it is in (in my garage ) is just as cold as the house and what they call repairs is a roll of tape and a tube of silicone. That room as never been cold the whole 6 years I have been here and they said it was nothing that they did. I would not recommend them to anyone. Dan Glass was my salesman if he comes to you get a copy of the installation so when they do come make sure they it right.
Greg came as soon as he could (non appointment) and was very helpful. Luckily it was a simple problem and he did what was expected to get the AC up and running. He explained this clearly and succinctly.
Our service was prompt and Tim had us up and running in no time. He explained everything he did and made recommendations on getting the most out of our system. Well done.
