Absolutely the worse company ever had to deal with. 4 years ago this company had installed several air conditioner units in our house during remodeling project. We also purchased a service agreement for maintenance. Everything was Ok until something broke. The unit that was placed in the shop and garage ( ductless Mitsubishi system) had stopped working a month ago. First Technician was not able to fix the system. Shaun was my tech and he was on time and did a great job repairing my bathtub leak. I would highly recommend Casteel!
They were very prompt but quite expensive for example installation of smoke detector and carbon monoxide unit was $200. I didn?t have an opportunity to research until after install and the price of the unit is less than $50.
I live in a ranch style house on a basement and I have a split system HVAC. As luck may have it my main level furnace died right in the middle of a cold snap. Initially I was going to get it repaired but due to the age of my systems I decided to replace them installed. I got over a dozen quotes but I went with Casteel. They are pricey but they replaced every single piece of the old units, fix some of my duct work and brought everything up to code. They were flexible with my schedule. They text a picture of the technician so I knew what he should look like, which I loved. The technician, Jack, was very professional and pleasant.
Had to call back several times because the lighting was not working. Still is not, but they have been responsive.
