We need to have outlet installed for a new cooktop. Joel from Casteel came out early this morning and did a great job. We are very happy with the work and quality of the company. We will call them again.
RecommendedRepair service was exceptional. The tech got my unit running right for the 1st time in 5 years. Won't be using that other company anymore
Too darned expensive. $800 for replacing 2 wires rats had chewed, replace fuse in ac unit, cleaned compressor and - this one really gets me - over $200 for replacing thermostat. Guy said he couldn't touch it unless I bought one from him, even tho we had a brand new in the packet thermostat we had just bought the evening before. Certainly a lot more than he originally said, but I'm just an old woman.
We had a new system installed April 2 2018 on June 2 2018 our unit went out. It was a nightmare getting someone to respond but after continuously calling every 10 minutes they finally sent someone out to make a repair . Unfortunately they had to wire it up and it ran continuously without shutting off that was until a part could come in the following week , that was installed it broke down again weeks later. It's been now five long months since I hired Casteel to install a brand new Trane XV20i system and duct work but still the HVAC is not working. They also damaged (broke the ceiling, damage the doors, dirt floor) in my home. This has been a Nightmare!! I've been trying to work with them in the last four months and it seems like there is no solution at all. After installing a better system, bed room and bath room cannot be used. We upgraded the duct work from 6 to 8 to have more air and now we cannot even get air in the bed ... read more
