I called about 3:30pm be because our house was really warm andthey managed to get out the same afternoon and after much work Bryn got our house cooling down in time for a good night's sleep!!!

This was an amazing experience having our A/C and furnace replaced. Casteel was fair priced and did an excellent job. The salesman Lamar was very knowledgeable and honest. The installers, Mike and Jason were friendly and did superior work. We installed an entire Trane HVAC system and in it works and runs great. They did a bit of extra work such as moving the inside unit into a different area, and moving the outside condenser to the other side of the chimney for added quietness, all for no extra charge.
