Bobby did a great job of assessing our issue and making sound recommendations for what we did and did not need. In this day and age, that is truly differentiated service. We received excellent service from Casteel. Carlos did a great job fixing our water leak and Michael was very knowledgeable and helpful with the air conditioning issues. We will definitely be calling them to take care of any future issues with plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, heating, etc.
John was so courteous and explained everything. He was friendly and did a great job.
