We had our units checked and cleaned. Jim was courteous and thorough and explained what he was doing. No complaints.

Excellent service provided by Jimmy. Problem was resolved and repaired in short order. Explanation of repair required was clear and understandable. At my request, he took the time to mark all four systems, inside and out, so I could tell which one is which. Very nice young man, still ready to work at the end of a very hot day! Good job, Jimmy!
I had an excellent experience with Jim. Having recently experienced a horrible repairman from another company I was a little bit leary of dealing with another repairman in my home. Jim was a breathe of fresh air. He was courteous , knowledgable , and professional. He gave me useable tips and told me everything he was doing as he did it.I will definitely be using this company and Jim in the future.
