Casteel's Technician, Bryn Park, while servicing our compressor noticed a construction worker about to tape a service line and possibly cause a fire. He stepped up and asked the worker not to do it and protected me from possibly having a fire later. Bryn exhibited the character of Casteel's technicians in that moment and I will be forever grateful for his stepping up to stop something serious from happening.
Casteel installed my H VAC and Water Heater 5 years ago. Excellent product and excellent service.
