Jimmy Miller was the service man that came out for Casteel. His diagnostic ability and determination to fix our problems was AWESOME!
We've had great service from all of Casteel's team members. They are always clean, well spoken, well mannered, answer any questions we have, make good recommendations, and do the job right the first time.
This is the 2nd large project that Casteel has done for me in the last 2 years and again, well done. I am so impressed with the care that your team members (Steve and Michael) take in dealing with the homeowner/customer and the time to explain what they are going to do. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service and level of care at your establishment. After making an appointment for service today and not being told an approximate time I sat at home waiting because a leak at my house has caused my water bill to be $400. Then halfway through the day you all call to cancel and tell me I can book for next weekend as my water continues to run. Overbooked or not, one plumber calling in sick should not cause you all to cancel on a customer like that. Clearly you all do not value your cus... read more
