Casteel is the "cream of the crop"in heating, ventilating and air conditioning repair service. We've been using them for years.
Casteel DOES stand behind their work! I had an issue about 6 years ago and Mr. Castell himself dispatched a tech at midnight to fix my air conditioning. Not many companies do that! I wouldn't use another HVAC company in Atlanta. Their techs are competent, courteous and are clean cut. I don't know where Mr. Castell finds such incredible employees but I'm glad he does! Thanks Casteel, you guys are the best in the business!
I had a problem with the installation (not the equipment) and they came out and fixed it as soon as I wrote about my concerns. Additionally the problem was identified by their tech that did the followup -- - it shows that their process works
I've used Casteel for a few years. Bought my new furnace/ac from them a few years ago. Have been VERY pleased with everything about them. I highly recommend them!
New hot water heater installed at my convenience by knowledgable, polite technicians. They did indeed take amazing care of me.

We have been very happy with the service we have received from Casteel. From the folks answering the phone to the service techs, everyone is very kind and seems to genuinely care and enjoy what they are doing. You guys seem to have a great mix of the use of good old fashion communication with real people coupled with using the latest technology to process payments, send receipts via email and literature.
