As usual Casteel did a great job. Carlos was great and solved our quick. I highly recommend Casteel.
Thus far I've used Casteel for HVAC maintenance and have received excellent service. If I have other needs such as plumbing or electrical, they will be the first I turn to.
Very knowledgeable and courteous. The contractor was early and did what needed to be done. He told me about a part that was weak but should be okay for another year, even gave me a quote for the part. I felt comfortable having him here.

Jay was an excellent electrician. He identified the problem and quickly fixed. I will ask for him again should I need this service in the future with Casteel.
Early phone call from Casteel on day scheduled for our semiannual maintenance. First appointment cancelled, so we were offered that slot. Great for me, as I didn't have to wait for several hours! Then Chuck arrived, a great representative for Casteel. He was friendly yet professional, and answered all questions. We request him for our future services!
