Casteel installed my AC/Heat unit 7 years ago. They have serviced it twice a year. I am totally pleased with their service and care. They are considerate of my time, call when they're on the way, are considerate of my home while there, tell me what they do to service my system. I am about to purchase a new home and Casteel will service that unit for me, also.

Had them install an electrical box for a fan. they did it all in about an hour. they were great. I'd highly recommend them.

Casteel installed my furnaces and heat pumps several years ago and service my system each change of season and I’ve been thoroughly satisfied and the technicians are alway very helpful and professional
We are longtime AccuTemp customers and we were concerned about them joining Casteel. Well, no worries! A Casteel technician came to do our semiannual system check and he was every bit as good as our AccuTemp tech! We’ll probably see our previous techs again but all seem to be well qualified and really good guys! These are people in whom you can place your faith and your home - they won’t disappoint you!
I called Casteel on the advice of a friend, for a maintenance/inspection service call. The service was timely, the technician was very knowledgeable, and friendly. He found and repaired a problem with the venting which could have been a large problem to my household when the furnace was turned on this fall. And the price was fair and reasonable. I highly recommend Casteel.
