We have been using Casteel for many years. They actually installed an HVAC unit about 5 years ago. Their office staff is exceptional and their technicians are very knowledgeable. Everyone at Casteel is professional. We would not hesitate to recommend them.
I have them come out all the time for my AC/heat and they are wonderful. They are honest and never try to sell me something I don't need. I will use them all the time, as long as I can!

Professional service at a fair price
Just good service and friendly people
We couldn't be more pleased with Casteel. They replaced both of our heating units. During a semi-annual inspection, they found a crack in both heat exchangers and actually showed me the crack. Our sales rep Joseph has been great in getting things on track. Thank you Casteel for prompt and reliable service.
