I visited the Winston-Salem store on 6/27/2020 to look at some vehicles. Upon entering the business, I was told that I needed to wear a mask by the "greeter" at the front desk. I purchased my **** ****about 2 1/2 years ago from this location in Waukesha WI. When i purchased it the sales person was great and helpful and that is where it stopped. I have complained numerous times about steam rising from the engine compartment. They were never ever able to "replicate" it. Crooks, Beware. They will sell you a vehicle for half what it is worth. Purchased a Vehicle in January for ***, five months later, value of vehicle **** and a different dealership informed and confirmed on their end, I was definitely played and was taken for a fool. This is in regard to a **** **** **, Stock #********, VIN# *****************that I found at the CarMax in ******** *******. I placed a 7-day hold on this car (per Car Max's policy) and was working with a salesperson. The hold was confirmed by CarMax email and in my CarMax online account, which confirmed the reservation and the test drive appointment. I have a **** ******* ***that I purchased used from Carmax in Roseville, CA since I received the car it has been giving me trouble with the convertible, the small rear windows do not close every time and this fail almost 98% of the time and you have to open the top and try closing about 5 times for this to work(I am sure over the long run this will burn the motor ). Buyer BEWARE! I wish I would have checked these reviews before purchasing. I purchased a car 10 MONTHS AGO. HORRIBLE, DISHONEST, RUDE, and LIARS FURIOUS beyond belief. I WILL NEVER recommend your company EVER again nor will I EVER use you!!!! Issues since the day I left the lot and continue to have them! During this COVID19 I have asked to defer my April and May monthly installments. After a bit of red tape and making me feel less than human they did it. Now that June is approaching I have asked to extend my deferment until July. I have spoken to at least 4 (Lewis G*****) supervisors and 1 manager (Julie M******). They say that their COVID19 policy is to allow 2 months of deferments and if a 3rd is needed the customer must wait until 60 days from their last payment and make a payment in between.
