If I could do 0 stars I would. I just want to say i found out that they over priced me with my car. I got a 2015 ***** Civic from them. I went to try and refinance and was told by everyone that I was overcharged for my car. No lenders will refinance me due to being overcharged like I was.

Horrible service. Bait and switch on pre-qualified financing with a different company for a certain monthly payment Got to carmax in ****** and then ran my financing again 3rd time, my financing was changed to a much higher financing rate of $591 a month through carmax and told I had to take carmax final over the original financing agenda insurance that I was forced to do previously to when I arrived. I wish I could give a zero star review, and very much wish I had read these reviews before going to CarMax in the first place. Similar to other reviews on here, I was sold a car that only a year and a half in continued to have issues with the engine, come to find out from Chrysler that their mechanics could tell that the vehicle had been in a major accident prior to us owning the car that the CarMax mechanics never found upon their inspection. Let me start by saying I was a happy customer with ******************** and referred several people to Carmax. However, this experience with Carmax was a literal nightmare. I know these reviews dont matter to CarMax. If they did you wouldnt see so many I gave them one star because I couldnt give them zero. My only hope is that someones reads this and doesnt spend their money with them. I bought a ************************************************* December of 2022. The four wheel drive locked up and I called CarMax to get it in the shop the first week of September. They were backed up and couldnt get it in so they sent me to a different shop. My daughter was scheduled to pick up a car that she signed online paperwork for. She arrived with a cashiers check. After waiting 2 hours she was sent home and told someone would call. She was called hours later and told CarMax will no longer do business with you. Clearly they hold sold it out from under her and tried to make her feel like she did something wrong! Very disappointed!!! An inspection should not take 3 days A tire replacement and alignment inconvenienced me all day and night Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with not a single attempt to put me in a rental vehicle in which would allow me to travel back and forth to work amongst other places. HUMONGOUS INCONVENIENCE!!!!NOT OK
