I am out of state and traveled 300 miles to purchase a car at this dealership. I was given a SMART Approval from my bank for over the asking price of the vehicle but that was not accepted here. On 5/21/22, I went to the *** to register my car. *** mentioned that taxes were not paid, and that CarMax was responsible for paying DC Taxes. I then called ****** *****and confirmed that they did pay my car amount due to CARMAX After 4 hours w/ *** Supervisors confirming that CARMAX had not paid taxes, I then spent the next 4 hours at CARMAX Woodbridge location. I purchased a **** *** **in July of 2021. In April of 2022 my brake light came on, so I took my vehicle to a trusted local European mechanic to replace the brakes. Upon their inspection, they found the pads were actually brand new, but had been installed incorrectly the last time they had last been changed. Hello, I am extremely dis-satisfied by the service I am receiving from Carmax Burbank. I bought a car from them on Dec 13, 2022. It took them 4 months to register the car with DMV and get me my license plates. More so, they spelled my name wrong. I had to follow up several times over several weeks before they provided me with an update on getting it corrected and now they are asking me to resolve it with *** myself. I bought my car June 2021 with the extended warranty and literally the first day of getting it there was already a problem with the seats. Had to leave it there and a couple days later got the car. My car is a *************, diesel engine. Not even a month goes by and my car is again having problems with the seat. I take it in, they keep it for a couple weeks and tell me they fixed the problem. I had major neck surgery on 01/14 and could no longer drive my small ***** *****. Mid-March my Dr released me and I was approved at Carmax so I headed for Hulen Mall Carmax for a ***** ***. After 4 hours of waiting and application (3rd one), I was approved and driving my ********** ***home feeling like I made a good decision. I just bought a **** ****** ****from the Spokane, WA CarMax. I had it shipped here from Oregon for $**. There were 3 ***** listed online at other lots here in Spokane, yet none of them were ready for a test drive. I looked on the CarMax website and found a higher end **** than the others, it cost more, but had less miles, looked like it was in great condition, and only had one owner. My daughter purchased a car from carmax less than 6 months ago the car just stopped working they would not fix the car saying it’s past 30 days when clearly this is a problem they sold us just like this and wants her to pay $*** to fix it the car has never been out of town or in an accident or anything like this they sold us this car with this problem I mean who buys a car and it stops working in 6 months and is paying a note on a car this is crazy
