I purchased a 2017 ******* Tucson for $20000 and the engine went out after a year and a half the engine is discontinued so I can't even purchase a new one I'm under warranty and they refuse to fix it they knew the engine was discontinued and a recall for engine catching fire so it was breach of contract I need help.

Bought a truck 6/11 took it back 6/17 & it has been in & out of the shop since.They found me another truck, it had shipped here and I'm still waiting. I seen another truck I wanted & I was told that I had to trade the truck I just bought & give another $5100 When I called to see if it was there for me to see I was told it was & they were going to check it out & call me in a couple of hours. The ***** location is the worst business I have ever associated with. They are all shady. They sold my husband and I a SUV and then a week later said the bank denied our loan, called the bank and they never denied our loan. CarMax ***** called ** liars and said we don't know what we are talking about. If you live in the *****, ** area, I would consider taking your business elsewhere.

I recently purchased a vehicle from CarMax. One employee told me that there is a 30 day return policy. Another said it was a 7 day return policy. A friend of mine called and asked and was told that it is 30 day return only if you exchange it. I was concerned about the price, but it was the best they could offer me. I went to another location for financing. The agent there told me that they would not be able to finance it since CarMax was overcharging me $10,000 over the value of the vehicle. I returned the vehicle.

On August 3, 2022, I was at ***************************, attending my doctors appointment when my car was stolen by CarMax. My car was parked in the Kaisers parking lot when it was towed. I reached out to ****** security and they had told me it was repossessed by a company named MRI Recovery for non-payment. I called my current finance company which is Capitol One and they said I have never missed a payment and they did not send a repossession company to pick up the car. The worst place to buy a car from and the employees need some more training in how to treat customers. If it wasnt for the customers purchasing cars you wouldnt even be getting paid. I purchased a car on 08/05 and the car shakes at high speeds. Initially I called on 08/08 and re wives an appointment for 08/17 took my car up there and they said its my brakes and rotors every day its a different lie they are telling and they service supervisor does not deserve a job, he needs to be etiquette trained. I bought a car from them and had a few cosmetic issue to address. I purchased it and scheduled the follow up appt to have the issues addressed. I have several more issue occur while waiting for the appt. I dropped of my car for the appt. Thursday, Aug. 11th and spoke to ****** about the list of repairs needed. I purchased a 2015 Jeep Renegade without being told of any issues. As far as anyone was concerned, the vehicle was in good shape and free of worries. Not a word was breathed about the vehicle having already been returned previously. That was not discovered until I arrived to return the vehicle not even after 2 weeks of having it.
