I was at a dealer in Mobile and was told I needed to sign a form that said I had Insurance and that it would be the primary if I test drove a car. I was leery and decided to check with ****************** since I was under the impression that Insurance was on the car and not the driver. My ***************** also told me the same thing. I had my first payment scheduled for deduction from my bank account. I ensure everything was set up online weeks prior to the first due date. Nothing comes out of my account so I log in the day after the first payment was due, and my account said my payment was past due. The system would not let me try and make a payment so I called customer service. I spoke with a rep, and he entered my information and the payment was taken care of the very next day. I purchased a 2019 ***** XC60 from the carmax in *******. On the window sticker they said it had a bunch of features that it did not have including adaptive cruise control and others. When I took delivery of the car I realized the car did not have them. It also started making a sound when I tried to open or close the trunk. When I took it in for service. within a couple weeks of me purchasing my vehicle with only 35k miles on it I had to take my car back and get a loaner vehicle because I was told the vehicle needed a new engine. My 2016 Lexus brakes started squeaking and one half of my climate control stop working. I am a week away from my 90 day warranty and I have called Carmax service department and I get a recording again and again. I have left my name and numbers several times on their voice mail to no avail. No business should leave customers waiting days for a call back. CarMax auto finance laughed and ridiculed me for requesting a balance due day of in writing before I made the total balance payoff. They reported that it takes numerous days to generate the balance, even with the understanding that the payment was being made today.
