They check your credit way too many times bringing your number down and the interest you have to pay way up. The car I got isnt even worth ***** yet Ill be paying ****** by the end major rip off and I feel stuck because I pay my bills and feel obligated just run far away from this place before you are stuck like me

This company is terrible. Right now my car has been down for 1 month. Ive been getting the run around for a whole month about getting my engine switched because that is apart of they warranty . They have been rude they keep trying to find companies that Ive already contacted to quickly find a replacement engine. *************** ***** they are rude. They service desk never answers their phone. They sold me a lemon vehicle and will not take fault for it..

I had a 2018 ***** accord transferred to the ************* location on 3/18/23. The car arrived to the ************* location on 3/22/23 and it had to go through inspection. The car became ready to drive at 2:30 pm that day. I reached out to an agent name ****** who sent me a link to upload my documents to start the home delivery process. A few hours later I received a text from an agent name ***** who took me through the most. She claimed i needed bank statements which the last agent never let me knew i would need it. I bought a 2015 ***** Spark in March 2023 on a rainy day. The next day once the tires were dry, we noticed all 4 tires were severely dry rotted (they could have exploded it was so bad). I took it to discount tire and learned it the tires were the ORIGINAL FACTORY TIRES as they were from 2014!! The car is a 2015, those tires were 9 years old! I can't believe they allowed a customer to purchase a car with unsafe tires. I used to praise Carmax as this was my 3rd car from them but after this, we won't be back.

I recently purchase a car from Carmax March 4, 2023 for ****. I was told I can bring the car back the following week to get a 2014 ***** equinox from Carmax, *********, ********* metro ******** metro market basically theyre saying they cannot return the vehicle because the vehicle was damage and that I damaged a vehicle I took the car directly across the street where they told me to to get an estimate and the guy said that the car was definitely hit when it was parked or I bought the car damage. The online part was straightforward. However, once people got involved, it went to h*** They called me six times to confirm the same information. Set up delivery for Friday at 6 pm and received a text at 4:30 pm saying they had to cancel. I moved on as it was going downhill fast. I would not recommend this dealer in ************, ****

Bought a 2018 ****** Outback that had a master window switch not working. Left the car there and arranged to pick up after repaired. Found out later that switch is still not operational. Contacted customer care and was told that an investigation was performed and that they would not be responsible. The car was left there specifically for this part to be repaired and vehicle to be detailed, part is not working and most likely not done (or strange coincidence that same part not functioning happened a second time). I have been working with Carmax for a total of 5 days. The beginning process was difficult as it seems that no everyone communicates effectively. I had to redo my paperwork 3 times due to 2 people telling me 2 different things. CarMax in **********, **, TOTALLY took advantage of my young ************ They sold her a 2014 ******* Accent for ~ $14K that is worth only ~ $8K (according to a ********************** The interest is an outrageous 24% for someone with over 700 credit score. I mean, do they ever live up to the negative image of a "used car dealer." BEWARE THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!
