went to the ***** Miami store. I want to get an estimate for you to purchase my car.First they told me it will be 45 minutes to an hour and the lady came back with. It was raining and she said it would take 2 to 3 hours.She was also not very nice but my bad I didnt catch her name Dont know if youll see me again

So disappointed with Carmax. I didnt really like them from the gate because I felt they overpriced their cars, however over the years and hearing a few people that had gotten good deals, what the heck Ill give them a shot. They're ****** and a liar. I didn't give them my permission to run my credit. I never been to their dealership in ****. I received in the mail something from ******** Credit Acceptance that Carmax ****-***. I called Carmax they lied and said they don't have an application.

Financing a 2013 ******* Azera purchase in ******** ** just found out the car was In accident which Carmax told us never in any accident having major problems with vehicle at this time also the whole car was repainted I feel that I should be reimbursed for ever hard earned dollar put into this vehicle I hope whomever reading this stay away from Carmax they are a bunch of low down dirty sells men an woman STAY AWAY FROM CARMAX

Pathetic company. They will not transfer your car to your location of choice. Everyone tries to steal the deal. They put people on the phone that don't even listen to your questions. Have to pay to ************** before they will tell you the final price. If you went into a furniture store and they told you to pay for the shipping, then when it gets here we will tell you the price, you would walk out. The salesman told me and my mother, that the money for the tag and title was included in the price of the car and I should only have to pay no more than $200-$300 for a tag in *******. I recently bought a ****** Kicks at CarMax. The selling page on their website said the car was an SR ******* (the top *******) and that it had Lane departure system. I later found out that the ******* I was sold was an S ******* (which is the basic *******) and without the feature mentioned. Before paying to have the car shipped to my nearest Carmax, I asked the sales person to confirm that there were no chips, dents or major scratches on the car. I just recently purchased a vehicle from CarMax and it is the worst car buying experience I have ever had. The customer service is as poor as I have experienced in any situation. When I purchased my vehicle, CarMax listed on the sticker supported by the salesman that vehicle had a remote start. The salesman attempted to demonstrate this feature, and it did not function.
