Horrible experience buying a car and even worse customer service bought a lemon of a car and not getting the issues we need resolved. Have called and emailed the service manager said he would call and then put on us that we didnt come in. Not happy and no response when I emailed. Very disappointing. Dont spend your hard earned money here. Go *********!

************ that preys upon the poor and desperate. The will pursue you to buy your car and offer you literally pennies on the dollar. Take a vehicle in fair market valued for $9,000 and the will offer you $1,500.

I was approved for a car 3 time in a week they got the car I wanted shipped to north ****** and they got the car the car did not have a title so I called a got approved for another with customer service time went by on that Saturday got a call from **** stating that the transfer didnt go through she would call me back on Monday she did I had to another credit application it got approved and she was then suppose to get the car transferred that again didnt happen I called and asked what was going on never got a call from a man... read more

We fell in love with a truck at a ******* Carmax and had it shipped to our local Carmax (In ********). We were told after the truck made it here that it would take "2 weeks" for transfer and title paperwork to be completed. 2 weeks later we were told 1-2 more weeks. almost 2 months later we were finally told that they made a mistake with the title paperwork and it would be an indefinite amount of time before we are even able to test drive the truck. We purchased a 2017 Dodge Ram **** in June 2023. We found the vehicle on the website and called the main office to inquire about purchasing the vehicle. They said it would be best if they went ahead and ran our credit. I asked how long the credit check would be good for and explained to them that my husband was working really hard to get his score up and didn't want two hits on his credit. Horrible company. Employee lied to me about the way the warranty worked. A manager at the location claimed he would make it right after Ive been trying to approximately a year to have my warranty honored. The manager never followed through. This is not a trustworthy company. This is my fourth car Ive dealt with with this company. No longer will I be a loyal carmax customer due to this situation not being handled correctly.

Had a racist experience and horrible customer service experience. The white manager said it wasnt about race, refused to give contact info for his regional manager and called the cops on me. The first associate was so rude and clearly treated me different than his white customers (this was very visible and apparent). The manager laughed about the situation with him and then said the sales man feelings needed to be honored. I received no apologies for my experience and no honoring of my feelings. ABEVERLY D I recently was APPROVED with CarMax for a Altima and sign a contract with and was given by payment everything/ I went out and purchase insurance on the car which cause me $400 down payment. I was trading my **** ACURA in for there car with down payment also. They were suppose to delivery the car & pick up my car.
