Everything on their website shows I have the car reserved at their ******, ** site. Even had an appointment schedule for 10am this morning. I uploaded all my info and documents to their website and they even ran a credit check. I get there and they already sold the car. They didnt even notify me that they sold it, or give me a chance for first right of acceptance or refusal. Bought a Mini ****** and they refused the Brakes fix anything promised. The promised to cover a bill and only paid half. Also stuck me with the Car Rental bill that they promised to pay. These people are now no different then the shady used car dealerships. They Lie Lie Lie and I am stuck with a car im going to have to fix. ** the mechanic at the ******** ** office is ***** watch out for him

This CarMax is the worst They dont know anthing about the cars they sale They will patch not fix You will end up fixing any issues that you have

Terrible service and Unprofessional. They give you a quote and when you go back to accept the quote they say Oops we made a mistake and give you another quote for much less. The manager is very Unprofessional and he was a typical used car salesman. They don't honor what your told and if they did make a mistake then compromise with customer don't say oh well we made a mistake but your out of luck.

Recently bought a 2016 jeep wrangler with 50 k miles and paid cask 32k . I have bought 9 previous from carmax ************ location being the first time for my son. Unfortunately first day after the wire transfer cleared the jeep broke.down with in 1 miles , engine light and over heated. They towed from my home and repaired fan issue and was given back to me . 15 days later and 123 miles later again over heated and again repaired. I purchased my 2020 ****** Rouge from CarMax and my lien holder was ******** Credit Acceptance. My payments never got behind however my loan was bought back by Carmax because of $800 that I was told was PAID IN FULL on my account. Thursday May 18, my car was repossessed. I was told that. My lien holder holds the title, and everything was clear. Sent offer for my 2021 ***** CX5 and would not honor their offer without even seeing the car No explanation, no return call and still keeps sending the same offer to set up an appointment Dont trust this company and good luck getting paid, the WORST
