RecommendedGene gave us a thorough walkthrough of the camper. It was nice to have the equipment available in the store. We are first time RV owners, so appreciate the help and time to make sure we understand how the water, gas, and electrical work. Gene gave us lots of tips from his own experience on how to make the tires and various tubes last longer. Excited to take a camping trip!

Horrendous customer service and service department. It’s possible that no one that’s works here has ever owned, used or seen a camper/rv prior to their first day in the job. I would drive across the country to buy or have my camper serviced before I would ever return to this location. Twice my parents attempted to have warranty work completed and both times the service department did not know how to fix the issue. The first time my Dad has to show them how to do it, because it was under warranty so he did not want to do it. ... read more

And when we took delivery, Gene was super thorough and helped us newbies understand everything about our new Minnie 1800BH. Tracy and the parts team were also very helpful and patient too. RecommendedGreat experience today at Campers Inn RV in Fredericksburg. We were doing our walkthrough and are first timers who know absolutely nothing about RV'ing. The technician Gene was so patient with us and went through things as many times as we needed. He was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with us today. RecommendedWe recently purchased our first camper. The staff, from sales and finance to parts and service (for some add ons we did), has been top notch!! Kelly was a great sales person and Gene walked us through the camper details and answered our many newbie questions. He was patient and thorough. Need a part? Tracy’s got you covered!
