RecommendedWe can’t say enough great things about Forrest RV Center. We bought our Jayco from them in 2019!!! True Story, Julie remembers seeing our German Shepherd puppy, Max’s ultrasound. Everyone is very professional and thorough. They have the best employees both in Sales and Service. It’s fun looking at the 5th wheels while we wait for our Jayco to get winterized and Everyone likes that we bring Max with us!! I would recommend friends to buy or trade in here.

THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SICKENING!!! NO PHONE CALLS EVEN WHEN SERVICE MANAGER PROMISED!! BEWARE WHEN YOU PUT THE DEPOSIT DOWN YOU WILL NEED TO FIND ANOTHER FOR SERVICE SINCE THEY DON'T KEEP THEIR PROMISES OR COMMUNICATE ANYTHING WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS. F MINUS

We own a Solitude 2020 and the roof needed replacing. Grand Design encouraged us to use Campers Inn Acworth for this repair. We also had several other warranty items. I had already contacted Grand Design for the approval. Our issues were with the service advisor Daniel Kaiser. He never once proactively contacted us. I emailed, called, and had to drive 3 hours to get a status on the repairs. I cannot communicate our dissatisfaction with Daniel. Walked in after placing our masks on, being germ conscious. First off, the sign says “Must wear mask”. Walked in to an empty showroom, walked around to parts, guy sticks his head around a person at the counter and asks if we need help, we stated we would and he directs us to the receptionist at the front desk. We walk to the front desk where we find a gentleman more interested about what’s on his phone than assisting us, and is very abrupt and rude with his answers.
