What an awesome experience! It started with Mark at the Conway location where we looked at some new and used trailers. We decided on a beautiful 2018 Keystone and arrangements were made for delivery at the Myrtle Beach location. What a VIP treatment. We were greeted at the door and introduced to our contact person, Mike. Next, we were given a complete and thorough walk-thru by Jeff. Bought our 2019 Grand Design Solitude from Campers Inn in Nov 2018. Sales experience was excellent. We've had a few service calls from their service folks and all have been excellent. Our most recent service involved removing and replacing the black water holding tank. Our tech was Bruce Bennett and he worked hard on the task. It was more difficult for him since our 5th wheel is on a permanent spot with skirting. Bruce did the job and was courteous and professional.
