RecommendedThey have dealt with warranty issues with my new Thor Class A and have continued to keep me posted on the progress and have been extremely responsive in their repairs. I can not say enough good things about Jeff the Service Advisor and Mr. Townsend who did the work. I highly recommend them for their quality of work and responsiveness.
Through a couple of transitions to Campers Inn, the team at the Myrtle Beach store have been awesome. We met Nate Francis when we first started looking. At that time, they did not sell Winnebago, but the team has been over the top friendly and helpful. We are so excited that they now represent Winnebago! Nate will be our man when we upgrade, but until that time, we have a Winnebago service team!
Purchased 2019 Grand Design Solitude at Myrtle Beach location and love it. Everyone has been extremely helpful and pleasant. Few minor issues have been dealt with promptly. Missy in the store is very nice and friendly. Aaron and John from Sales were very thorough and courteous through every step. Chris and Bill from Service Dept. are great customer service people! We have recommended to others to RV shop here.
We bought our 2019 Grand Design fifth wheel while spending our winter in Myrtle Beach SC . We have major problems with it and they are not willing to help us resolve our troubles. They got our money and now want nothing to do with our problems. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for a new fifth wheel while in Myrtle Beach. The Boltons

Nate was wonderful helping us purchase our rolling home. I had a specific must have and must not have list. He listened and helped us make it happen. Jeremy in service did a great job with our hitch install and second AC. He remained cheerful even when he had to change our door lock at.5 o'clock! Thanks to Aaron for making the finance process seamless! Highly recommend this team!
