Pinch me! We are driving home now with our brand new Grand Design Imagine 2800BH. Collier was the best RV matchmaker! He listened to what we were looking for, no pressure at all. When we picked it up Ashley fully explained how to do everything with the camper including how to winterize it. And Mark made the paperwork process a breeze. We are happy campers!❤️
We had the best experience working with Dave! We purchased our 2021 Cruiser Embrace after searching multiple dealers and so many models. He found us exactly what we needed for our family travels. I had purchased a camper from them paid cash for a used camper which they told me everything worked So 1month after I bought it the refrigerator went bad so i called a technician out he said it’s been leaking gasses for a while now 3 months after purchase it’s getting cold out so I turned on the heat WELL GUess WHAT THe furnace doesn’t work either !! We have been very pleased with Campers Inn. TJ in sales was very helpful and knowledgeable. We also liked the fact that it was not a high pressure sales experience. Josh did our walk through and was awesome! Very knowledgeable and had great advice on several things. Jackson was also very helpful in getting us what we needed to set up our travel trailer. We came up to Campers Inn RV in Kingston to look at the Pleasure Way RV’s and had an appointment with Rick Gage and had a totally wonderful and helpful experience. Rick was friendly and patient and willing to answer all of our questions. He walked us out on the lot and explained and showed us more. We have a great Campers Inn rep named John. He showed us all the models we wanted to see and was able to answer almost every question we had. He knew we weren’t going to buy right away and no pressure at all. Wish he could help me get the truck we are going to need! So far so good!

My husband and I bought a brand new 2020 RV from them and they kept it for 2 weeks to do a complete inspection on it. We picked it up and went to the Williamsburg KOA the first time and opened up the awning all to find it was worn and fraid material. We took it back to them and due to the fact we had full warranty we assumed they would replace it and the warranty department denied the replacement but instead said they would only repair.
