We went to your store the other day to purchase a new outdoor rug for our RV . Not only did we purchase a rug but other items that we needed. Your staff are very helpful and kind. They told us of things that we needed to know and also delivered it to our RV .. and Sherry at the register was very kind and made sure we were paying the right price. Had my 1yr old Dometic AC unit crap out last night. Jeff and Jim fixed me up with a warranty service replacement that only cost me $40 and was simply hassle free and outstanding!!! You guys save my vacation ...many thanks!!!!
Best Customer Service we have ever received! They arrived in 15 minutes and replaced our AC in about 30 minutes! Ask for Jeff and our technician was Bill! They were awesome!
cant say enough about Campers Inn, Mike and Aaron guided us thru the whole process of buying our Transcend 29tbs , after the walk thru everything was working perfect. Pulled to the Campground behind them and Fridge had problems, 3 of the service guys came immediately and got the fridge fixed, awesome customer service. Thanks guys!!!
The people were friendly and helpful. Our salesman Rick had a great attitude. The service people were very knowledgeable and took time to show us different things about our camper. The cashier helped us get started with a nice care package. We were very pleased. Looking forward to camping!
My AC went out on my camper. Called them that got to camper, Diagnosed the problem, got it fixed fast, I have a new AC. 95 deg out now I can finish my weeks vacation.a thank you to Jeff Jeannin and Bill Townseand, for getting me fixed up, saved my vacation. Grandkids are cool again.
