I had purchased a camper from them paid cash for a used camper which they told me everything worked So 1month after I bought it the refrigerator went bad so i called a technician out he said it’s been leaking gasses for a while now 3 months after purchase it’s getting cold out so I turned on the heat WELL GUess WHAT THe furnace doesn’t work either !! Rick was friendly and patient and willing to answer all of our questions. He walked us out on the lot and explained and showed us more. My husband and I bought a brand new 2020 RV from them and they kept it for 2 weeks to do a complete inspection on it. We picked it up and went to the Williamsburg KOA the first time and opened up the awning all to find it was worn and fraid material. We took it back to them and due to the fact we had full warranty we assumed they would replace it and the warranty department denied the replacement but instead said they would only repair.
