Awful customer service experience. They had our camper for over 2 weeks. We wanted to add several things to get ready for a trip. They did not order the correct items or did not order them at all. They also did not return calls. We ended up having to go to the place twice to even talk to someone and get an update. And even after that, they only installed a fan. Which was 1 of 7 items on the list. Waste of time.
Recommendedmy wife and i bought a 31 foot itasca motor home on saturday july 11. it was a used 2011 model this is our 1st experience at doing something like this and we needed someone who understood our situation and took the time to help us along. we found that in there tech jimbob. this guy understood our situation and went the extra mile we believe in helping us understand the operation of this unit. it was overwhelming to say the least but jimbob was outstanding. i suggest that if you ever buy a unit that you request jimbob to help... read more
A few that work here could really use a course in customer service! I will say there are some very nice people that work here but the rudeness I experienced has me taking my business elsewhere.
Made an appointment and Dropped our new (feb 2020) 2020 camper off beginning of June. Was told to expect it to be 2-3 weeks before things were done. Simple warranty work things. Called weekly to check on progress and was told each time they were either getting it in that day or by the end of the week. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Policies are in the best interest of their profit, not your budget. New management has not improved this place. We've been disappointed every time we've been the past 7 years. Get an appointment at Camping World in Spartanburg. Husband called Campers Inn and explained our service need. customer service is worst I have experienced at any dealership. they will not answer phones in parts will not communicate and botched up everything along the way with the purchase of new 5th wheel. Beware. if u research you will see a trend. You should be ashamed of your selves this should be easy to treat people with respect and do your jobs. Only way to get anything done is thru general manager.🤮

He was courteous, apathetic and very accommodating. RecommendedHighly highly recommend visiting this place! What started out as “just going to look to get an idea of what we like” quickly turned into signing for one that day. Honestly this is one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. They have had my camper for over a month. We brought in our Winnebago Intent Driver that we bought from them less than a year ago. Our intent was to have the first service done and have some things fixed that have been wrong since we bought It. We were told that they would handle everything and take It to Ford if needed to get anything they couldn't fix done.
