Everyone at campers inn rv is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Aaron went above and beyond to make sure our purchase went smoothly. Josh was very knowledgeable and made sure all questions were answered and we were comfortable before leaving the lot. He provided tips on where to camp and fun places to go for our family. They treated us like family. I recommend buying your travel trailer from them.
Not to impressed with Aaron in sales, our camper leaked after having it only 3 weeks. He was very unsympathetic to our problem. Looked straight in our eyes and said there wasn't a corporate number �. So I googled it, and guess what? They do have a corporate number. They've been pretty good so far. The service tech Richard is Awesome!!
Enjoyable! Stopped by to look while on vacation. Slides were out. Air was on. Rick was down to earth, incredibly patient, an excellent listener and most helpful. Never felt pressured. He showed us everything we wanted to see. Have been looking for a few years to replace our 14 year old camper. Found it!!! 2017 Imagine by GD. Offered a very fair amount for our trade in. We just purchased our camper from Campers Inn and had a fantastic experience. We were greeted by Rick who was an excellent salesman. He wasn't pushy at all, very informative and helped us choose the right RV for our budget and needs. Mike and Aaron were equally helpful and great to work with. Great place to buy an RV! We drove from NC to get our 2016 I-GO and we love it. Rick was our salesman and sent me pics and updates between picking it out and picking it up. Customer service was great, they even took care of sending all the title stuff to NC registration for us. They definitely take care of their customers.
