We purchased new camper, and they did not have remote for tv, or fireplace. I have tried calling, and leaving messages. They will not return my calls, and still have not received the remotes. I guess once they sale you camper they are done with you. I thought they would be better than Camping World, but apparently they treat their customers the same as Camping World. Sorry I went to Campers Inn should have went to General RV in Ashland.
RecommendedWe recently bought a 2019 wolf pup rv.. We had a great experience with all the staff. They were all very professional and nice. We highly recommend Campers Inn RV of Myrtle Beach. We love our camper.

Customer Service is terrible! I do not recommend buying a camper from them. They had our camper for 5 weeks for some leaking windows. Still not sure they are fixed. They messed up our valances over the windows when they put them back on. They lost our tongue block which was custom made, gave us a piece of wood and tried to tell us it was what we brought. RecommendedPurchased a used camper from Campers Inn of Leesburg and had a terrific experience. Frenchy worked with us so we could purchase the camper we wanted. I’m told Scott made a repair on the slide that wasn’t working when we looked at the camper. It’s working flawlessly now.
