Parts Department Darlene was a tremendous help to us.
I needed help getting our hot water working correctly while in Myrtle Beach SC. Roger listened to me and gave me instructions on my problem and how to fix it. I followed his instructions and returned to thank him and look for another item. I was met then my Darlene, who helped me understand another issue and how to fix it, first trying without making a purchase then showing me what I will need if the free fix doesn't work. Excellent service yesterday on my 2019 Grand Design Solitude. They fully inspected the RV and replaced an electrical converter, a propane regulator and fixed the LED lights on the front awning. Great attitude by all involved and especially by Bill Townsend and Darlene, who get a 5 star rating. Campers Inn of Myrtle Beach will be my go to servicing dealer from now on.
Everyone at Campers Inn Myrtle Beach was great. John was our sales person and was very patient with all our questions about our 1st 5th wheel and a big help. Jeff in service was great helping with some addons we ordered. Jeff Ard was our walk thru person and took lots of time explaining everything for us and Skylar went above picking up our trade in and delivering our new unit. Good place to do business and everyone is very friendly
Campers Inn was very easy to work with and did a very thorough job getting us the best RV. Mike was very pleasant and easy going, even when we were walking back and forth between two travel trailers like crazy people trying to decide (multiple times). Aaron made the paperwork a breeze, and we definitely got a good deal. Their tech, Josh, took us through the RV during pick up, showed us everything, and made sure our camper was perfect, down to the smallest details. Great experience overall
We are here in Myrtle Beach had problems with toilet and they came to the site and fixed everything in one hour and reasonable also the repair man Nate Francis was outrageous friendly and helpful the people here are wonderful I wish my Campers inn in PA were as good and as organized
