On April 2022 I had problems with my 2016 duramax. It had a long starting time and was dieing out on the road. I drove to the nearest dealership Don Shetler Chevrolet in crowley. The service girl pulled a code that the crank shaft position sensor was bad. They kept my truck for a week looking for the problems. They called me and said that it was the cp4 injection pump was the problem. After they changed the pump that was $8500 it had exactly the same problem. I purchased a 2010 (white-pearl) Toyota 4Runner several months ago. I was told that my dealership tag & key tob would be mailed/available for pick up within a few days, because their printer was not working- no big deal. However, it has now been THREE MONTHS & still nothing. My husband & I have made several phone calls, text to the sales rep & even spoke to the GM- still with no response or resolution. WARNING , WARNING. WARNING. Do not use peltier dealerships .they will not honor there word, and leave you with a large repair bill. While still under warranty took my vehicle to them several times for engine light that kept coming on. They could not figure out what was going on. They ruined my rims when I had my tires changed broke my glass censors in my tires put the wrong bulb in the low beam light and now I cannot get it out to replace it would I go there to even have gum taken off the bottoms of my shoe no incompetent rude people stay clear of strickland NO RATING LOW ENOUGH

My parents have a 2004 Chevy 2500HD diesel that would start and run for only about 10 seconds and then would not start. Them not knowing anything about diesels, they had it towed to Teeters in Malvern. Teeters service department ran the diagnostics on the engine and discovered that the injectors were leaking which is why the truck would not start.
