dealing with vandevere has been the best experience my husband and I have had buying a used car. Honestly, everyone was very friendly and approachable. This was by far the best car buying experience we have had thus far. We drove from Cincinnati to Akron for a very specific truck. We had to negotiate mostly over the phone with Joe Caspary before we took the 4 hour trip, but he was very accommodating. Came in for an oil change and cost me $ 110.00 they also told me that my life time warranty is void because I came in at 7 months not 6 months . They never told me I had to bring it in every 6 months . I go by the oil Change sticker on the windshield. What bullshit ! I won't recommend this dealership to anyone .
