Offered 50% of our trade in value (when we walked out-Mgr chased us out and increased offer by 40%). Also initially asked for $2,700 for window tint which we ultimately got at no charge. They charged the usual $499 doc fee only to screw it up-wrong value reported and stated the bolt was a gas vehicle so we had to spend over an hour at DOT to get a new title, registration and 2/3rd's of the wrong registration fee refunded. I do not recommend doing any business here, they sent me away with a vehicle that they did not finish doing the work that I paid them for. They are lying thieves that will take your money and send you away knowing that they did not do the work that you pay them for.
I have bought several vehicles from here, never again!!!! They lure you in with a mailer that says you won $500 and then say NO, you won lottery tickets. What a scam. I'll never sit foot in this place again.

Hi, my name is Charles Bryant from Fayetteville N.C. and I have to give a shout-out to Limbixa, our salesman at Carlson Chevrolet in Red Springs N.C. Limbixa was awesome! She helped me and my family buy our first 2022 Chevrolet Silverado costume. Limbixa was very professional and deserves high recognition. It was a pleasure working with her. 100% would recommend.
Seems this dealership is built on liars. I would look elsewhere if shopping for a vehicle as the dealership just does not due what it says it will. Much more respectable dealers around.
8-25-22 I called Service to get a price on an alignment for my 2020 Blazer. The prices was 119.95 for 2 and 159.95 for 4. When I asked why the price was so high he said that was standard. I explained that the local Ford dealer would do all 4 tires for 129.00. He said, "well maybe you should go to the Ford Dealer". Does this sound like someone who's interested in Service?

We purchased a Silverado from them in February. Along with the extended warranty. Brought it in for oil change and also to inquire about a hesitation it has and got brushed off. My husband has made 3 trips up there and nothing, NOTHING has been corrected. My husband wrote a negative review on google and they deleted his review and didn’t call or anything to try and rectify this issue!
