The dealership itself is great to deal with, and up till today my complaints have been about their service department. 5 stars for the New Car Sales 1 star for the Service Department would be zero. I guess warranty and recalls don't pay enough for new car buyers to get good service that doesn't take up half of your day.

I thought they used a little tricky asumptions to get us in. The woman my wife talked to on the phone sort of miss represented what they could do. The salesperson Seth was really nice and treated us well. The financial guy was a push and typical car salesman. We were quite explicit to what we wanted and what we would except. They came to us and said that they could get us the price we want so we gave them a check. They then said the fiance company was closed. So they gave us the knew car and said come back Saturday. When I bought my vehicle everything seemed perfect, key word "seemed", here I am a month later and had to drop over $300 into it, one of the parts were covered by forever warranty, not complaining there, but it all should have been taken care of I have put just about 5000 miles on the vehicle and my steering stabilizer was leaking terribly. We saw an ad for a SUV lease that seemed too good to be true, and called to verify the info was correct...as we live more than an hour away...After being told YES, we drove MORE THAN AN HOUR to visit this place in hopes we could finally get the SUV of our family's dreams. We walked in, impressed with the layout, and the fact they had a small area for kids, snacks and drinks included. Unfortunately, that's where the good part ended.
