My wife and I had a great experience buying a car today from George Moore Chevrolet. I believe that we made the purchase because of how well we were treated by our salesman Michael Foerster. We were greeted cordially. We were asked what was important to us and he listened and made it happen for us. We were socially spaced and offered food and water. All in all a very nice experience.
However the situation arises, Bad credit does not necessarily mean its end of the road for people who need to secure good loans. The application process was slow and not quite easy and I wasn’t approved because I couldn’t meet up with some demands. Same thing I experienced when I was applying for loans for my most recent investment property , my score was in the mid-600’s. Liars, Cheats, Criminals. Top to bottom at Cox Chevy they will try and screw you every step of the way. They lied about the Price, they lied about my credit then refused to give me my credit application number (Illegal) I called GM Financial turns out these crooks didn't even send the request to them so they lied again because I was told the interest rates were official GM Finance rates. This company is the shadiest company I have ever bought a truck from!!! They Added an extra point on the interest last minute from 3.99 % to 4.99 % and also added gap insurance we put 24,000 down no need for gap insurance, Tire warranty we didn't ask for. Extended warranty! Why would I needed an extended warranty when we bought a diesel. 5 Year 100,000 Mile drivetrain. The Payne dealership was great to work with. Our salesman Chris and I believe Rayven in finance were outstanding. Chris went about and beyond to obtain the vehicle I wanted for my daughter. A blue Convertible Camaro . On a scale of 1 to 5 I would rate them more than a 5. Would do business with them in a heartbeat. Not aggressive and pushy which made it easy on us. Very personable and professional.
I bought my 2016 chevy impala in 2017 of September. Always brought car in for any concerns and maintenance. Had transmission serviced 4/2/21, four months later i started having issues with the performance of my transmission, brought back 8/2021 and then again 9/2021 for issues not being resolved. They found nothing because their wasn't any codes and claimed car was fine. 7 months later transmission goes out 4/7/22. Worthless and put people in danger!
