I had an amazing experience. Matt helped me with my trade and the entire situation felt relaxed. After being ripped off by fredmartin and pushed into a sale, my experience at Vandevere was the complete opposite. Matt was never pushy and went out of his way to help me. I will never buy a car anywhere else.

I absolutely love Vandevere Chevy!!! Joe Caspary is an amazing salesman, I have now bought two cars from this location and will buy all my vehicles from here and I will work with Joe(nothing against any of the other sale people) if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle go to Vandever Chevy and ask to speak to Joe Caspary and tell him Tim Plake sent you, you get awesome service from a man who loves his job and if you buy deferrals get a $50 service voucher to go toward getting their car worked on at the dealership
Had always heard good things about them but now really dont believe all i read and heard. Attempted to work with them to see if i could get a loan was told i would hear from their finace department before closing yesterday here it is over 24 hours later and not one phone call to atleast give me some type of update glad i didnt drive an hour there

This was the most disturbing experience I've had especially given that yearly I spend between $600-1400 in repairs at their repair facility. I was treated poorly by a female repair sales rep. My vehicle was detailed but still was dirty an several compartments were not even attempted. I was told a manager would call me abt scheduling another detail and never got a call which resulted in a refund My tire was replaced with claim that it was the cause of pulling bc it was not matched to the other tires but my car is still pullin... read more
