So many good experiences until I had to leave my truck there for a cv axle leaking oil at only 20k miles. They changed the seal and I had my truck back next day. A couple months went by and then my suspension came apart on the freeway. I went across all lanes and then back over off the freeway into the dirt. I was safe and no damage to the truck. Terrible! Sold my 83 year old mother a car. A week later the car stinks so badly like cigarette smoke. Burn holes in carpet, omg don’t open the trunk the smell will nauseate you. You KNEW a disgusting chain smoker had this car before. They MASK the odors for a test drive! You are disgusting she paid CASH for the sale of $15,000 for a nasty smelling car. Someone else was with her when buying. Lucky for you. Will NEVER buy for here, buyers beware!!

Purchased a used car from this dealership. the very next day it would not start. After I finally got it started, thinking it was the battery I took it to a local shop who told me it was the starter. Took the car to Hoffman be repaired. Was called and told that was not covered under warranty and they would not repair. I had not even had the car 24 hours when this started happening! Had the worst customer service experience in my life. Bought a brand new 2021 Chevy trailblazer and paid for aftermarket upgrades. George Moore did not complete the requested upgrades and refused to return my monies. Instead they kept half of the monies stating that other half of the monies would be used for upgrades that came on the car at the time I purchased it; but this was not discussed at the signing, only revealed after I paid the subsequent monies for the additional upgrades.
