Liars and cheats at McCurley Chevrolet in Pasco, especially Kevon Bailas. Placed an order for a Tahoe in Oct. 2021. Kevon neglected to tell me that the 2022 models came with a 6.2L, so I requested he update my order for that engine in Dec. 2021. After a long wait for my family, my order was finally accepted in May 2022. Come to find out, my order did not have the 6.2L. Extremely poor customer service and integrity. I had my Chevy Malibu diagnosed(which I had to pay for) for a noise coming out my engine back in December 2018. They stated that the noise was my belt tensioner so I decided to replace it on my own rather than having the dealership "repair" it. After I replace the tensioner (at my own expense and time) the same noise persisted. This letter is written after waiting over 3 months for a brand-new truck I purchased in December to be delivered to the dealership from which I purchased. After looking for a 2017 Tahoe for several months, drove to Edwards Chevy from Atlanta and bought a great Used Tahoe. Bruce was a our salesman and Allan Barnett (Sales and Service) were wonderful. It was a great experience and we love our Tahoe. The internet sales team asked all our questions, addressing any issues, so when we arrived we knew what was on the Tahoe and it was ready to purchase.
