Terry LaBonte Chevrolet July 22, 2022 – Had my 2015 Chevrolet Suburban towed to Terry LaBonte Chevrolet, Bridford Pkwy in Greensboro, NC July 23, 2022 – Marlon (service dept) calls to tell me the issue with the suburban. “He says the AFM Lifter cylinder #5 seized causing damage to the cam shaft.” Because of the age and milage of my vehicle, I will need a new motor. This was absolutely the worst car buying experience I have ever had. It was one lie after another. Today is 8/1/2022 and about 10 days ago I went to the New Rochelle Chevrolet with a scheduled appointment. The salesperson assigned to me Mr. Anthony Porras right from the beginning had some type of attitude where at one point I asked him if he was ok. He responded that he was fine. If you make an appt for repairs they will call 20 min after you get home across town and tell you they can’t get to it for two days. Then you call in two days because they won’t call back and they can’t get to it at all. WE HAD AN APPOINTMENT. CUSTOMER SERVICE IA AWFUL

Absolute NIGHTMARE ! The female who identified herself as the sales/general mgr and partial owner was so rude and hateful that I couldn’t imagine anyone wanting to buy from Grafe. An out of state family member was enroute to Texas to buy from Grafe and was told to turn them around because she (the mgr/owner) refused to complete the deal over the phone or accept a deposit from either myself or them pending their next day arrival. Save yourself the time and energy and buy somewhere else like we did.

Several years ago I had some problems with my car. When I told them about the problem. They fixed part of the problem with my car. But didn't fix the rest of what was wrong with my vehicle. They quoted one price, but when I went to pay for the service. The price was higher than originally quoted.

Our sales associate, Charles, was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and concerns during the vehicle search, test drives, and purchase process. He was very kind, and never pressured us. Mr. Gross, the finance associate was very friendly, forthcoming with all details (no hidden fees), and never pressured us to purchase add-on warranties or service plans. Everyone at the dealership was kind and helpful and the entire buying process was pleasant. We will be returning for our next vehicle!
