This is by far the worst experience I’ve had buying a car. To start I felt scammed when they charged me $1400 for some car tracking device without ever going over it with me. Asked for a certain time frame, the loan comes back 2 years longer. Informed the loan officer I do not want a warranty, got charged that as well. Get home review everything and decide to return the truck. Luckily the fix the situation. Fast forward 30 days, and I had to renew my temp tags. No explanation on why my tag has not arrived. Do not buy a car here! I purchased a car that I thought was good. They assured me they checked it out and they have been is business for over 80 years. I get the car serviced 7 days later at the BMW dealer and they tell me it was in an accident and tit would be dangerous to drive the car. I contact them and they said I had an accident. I have full insurance and if I had an accident I would have reported it. They refuse to do anything. The repairs are more than I paid for the car. I reported them to Texas DMV. Do NOT waste your time shopping for any vehicle through McCluskey Chevrolet. They are awful at responding back to your inquiry and even with several different follow up attempts through several methods. It's insane, normally the dealership would be the one contacting you after you show interest in purchasing a vehicle but sadly McCluskey doesn't seem to be that way. Stay clear! The place has a bunch of looser salespeople. John Montgomery. A real piece of work. Not Knowledgeable with cars at all. Won't return your call. I've had problems with the phone charger on my new 2023 Chevy Traverse. I also can't keep the blue tooth paired to the phone. The service guy said its mine and my wife's phone. But I can pair the same phone to my 2015 Chey Silverado. Stay Clear!!!!!

I went by for an inexpensive trim piece that recently broke in my interior. The parts counter was covered with mounds of papers, the parts guy was pretty off put by my even being there. I ordered a part. Was told it would be in the next day. They'd call me. More than a week later of no call no show, I called in. The guy answers and was not interested in searching for my order at all. Finally came back with "o yeah, it's not here." "Don't know anything else." I would give zero stars if possible. Diane Sauers salesman Brian Grischow sold me a lemon! I've put over $10,000 into this vehicle to keep it on the road. I've had it less than a year. All work has been done by 2 other local GM dealership shops so all work and money can be verified. He's ignored texts and they've blocked me from leaving messages to warn other consumers from their website and Facebook. Just go to another dealership and definatly another salesman. I'll never buy GM again after this shit show.

I recently had some service work done on my 2022 Corvette at Stonebriar Chevrolet, and I wanted to share my experience. Firstly, I was disappointed to find my car left in the lot on scorching 100-degree days. Given the sensitivity vehicles like the Corvette (or any vehicle for that matter), it was concerning to think about the potential impact of such extreme heat.
