They say they will keep my car in service for 1 month or more, but they do not give a loaner.

They took 4 months to fix my car and still when I received it, it was full of hail damage!! I called to ask about the hail damage and they said, it must have slipped from us calling you because we had a list of the cars that received hail damage to let the owners know. They are rude and unprofessional!
Starling Chevrolet has horrible follow-through. Zero communication after purchase, and their GM will shuffle you from one person to the next to avoid addressing the issue. If you are searching for a dealership partner for your purchase who will do what they say, when they say they will do it...this is not the one.
!!First let me state that the “Sales Department” is amazing my buying experience was as good as it could possibly be!! Unfortunately, after that you have to deal with their Service Dept. Greg Dorsey has been our sales person for several years. He has always gone above & beyond to satisfy our expectations.
Terrible experience buying a car here. When i decided not to purchase the car, was treated extremely poor by Jim Braat, salesman. Very fake nice throughout the process (but would take multiple times to get any response) until we could no longer wait for the car and purchased elsewhere. Then the hostile emails started. I can't speak for the dealership, but if they allow this tactic, I would stay clear.
I was speaking to Tom at Trenary via chat and I explained I am on my way to purchase a Mach E that is on their web for $61100 and I have been driving since 4am and I am halfway there. He explains I can't get their internet price. Doesn't make since. Why are they advertising that price if they won't honor it? SHADY--why can't they just be Honest? I had to have a thermostat replaced on my wife's 2015 Tahoe. The job required less than an hour for an untrained mechanic. There was no disassembly to access the thermostat. This Dealer uses a pre planed software program that set their labor hours to do a job. They bill owners based on the horrible (overpriced charges) software. Their software said that to replace the thermostat on the Tahoe would take 4 hours and they charged 4 hours. Total repair was just under 1000.00$ when it should have cost under 250.00$.
