This has honestly got to be the worst experience trying to but a vehicle. The salesman kept walking away and was on his phone and acted like I was an inconvience to him. The sales manager knew of the problem and just ignored me and didn't even acknowledge when I told him the problems and that I wanted a new salesman. After 5 hours of sitting at this place I left with nothing accomplished

4 hours of BS. We called in advance, they advertised up to $12,000 off on silverados, Jackie, their business manager, told us 9-11,000. They sent us a link for Kelly blue book. But won't honor the guaranteed blue book price they said they would honor. The discounts never topped $4000. So after fighting to get the minimum incentives they promised, they still wouldnt give us anywhere near what was promised. And then wondered why we were upset. I purchased my 2012 Malibu in July of 2015. Went there for my first oil change because I had a coupon, the second time because it was comped due the technicians left grease all around my ignition, steering wheel and carpet. They were to rotate my tires as well. I marked a tire to ensure that happened. To no prevail, they weren't rotated and all my valve caps were missing. Do not buy their overpriced lemons! Awful company with zero integrity. Never again with vandevere. I paid 13k for a six yr old car with limited miles, they promised lifetime warranty, blah blah blah. So long as I always went to them for maintenance, service, and repairs. Less than one week of purchase, my check engine light came on. I took to dealership where it was purchased, for diagnosis and service, and they said "sure thing, we need 80.00 to diagnose the issue and we'll go from there." I got a 2017 Chevy Trax last week, and I love it. I was very happy with my salesman, Vincent McCord, he was extremely helpful and very nice and I was impressed with being in and out in less than 3 hrs buying a new car and financing and everything.
