On 1/16 I was at Culver City Chevy until about midnight working to secure a lease for a traverse as my family car. Initially we were looking at purchasing, but pivoted to leasing to get a lower monthly payment. I worked with a salesman named Lukas. We agreed on a 36 month lease, gave up a ton of extra options and went with the 10000 mile per year option. The agreed upon amount was $500/ month. About a week later I get a letter in the mail the the deal is void and I need to return the car. I called in to the representative... read more
I Would NOT use Firelands/O’Brien’s dealership in Vermilion. My salesman Brady made promises he never kept and I think the sale manager Andrew is the biggest loudmouth, obnoxious scumbag I’ve ever dealt with. I don’t like being lied to, especially when you realize later that it was intentional. Save yourself a headache and expense, shop elsewhere and get anything and everything in writing (signed).
Deal my daughter got and the sales person all good. But sales person repeated who ever refered you will get a $ amount, its been a month nothing. I don't think I would send another person there.
I drove an hour to purchase a used Chevy Bolt. Once I arrived the informed me the advertised price was $4000 lower than the actual price. Every used bolt they sell is has a bad Lemon Law title and is actually $4000 more than advertised. Insurance companies use these advertised prices to determine pay outs on your vehicle. They lie about their prices online just to get you in the door, I wonder what else they lie about. Not honoring your advertised price is probably the worst thing you can do as a retailer. Stay far far away.
So I took my truck in the dealership and I mentioned specify the problem it's the engine lifter on the passenger but they still want me to bring it in for diagnose that's 299.99 an hour so I took it in still so what happened it's the engine lifter problem on the same side that I mentioned so i picked it up my truck and pay for the 1 hr for diagnose instead of $299.99 but $210.00 but I didn't care.so no receipt proof of that I paid for the diagnosed. But before I get my truck keys hand over from the service advisor "IF YOU BRI... read more
The best way I can summarize working with Bob Johnsons in Avon is "buyer beware." I went in and drove a couple of cars. Ultimately, I went forward with a 2023 Jeep Wrangler (a really nice Jeep with less than 8k miles). I went through the typical song and dance where they told me I was upside down on my trade (and I was) and gave me a payment which was too high. So, I left. However, the Jeep kept calling me back and so I agreed to purchase the Jeep and bit off a higher payment. I agreed to increase my downpayment by $1,... read more
I wouldn't have picked one star if it was possible. I was pre-approved with $40,000 and I had a trade in and they wouldn't sell me a truck. They let me walk away. I've owned Chevrolet trucks my whole life and I'm no longer a Chevy guy. Thank you. Chevy worst sales department I ever saw they didn't try to switch me into a different truck. They didn't try to switch me into a different model. They just told me no and they wanted to give me way less than clean trade for my truck which was a Chevy try. Subaru cross tracks are nic... read more
John Brock was helpful, kind, and extremely professional! He answered all my questions and concerns that I had about my car! The best! Thank you, John!
In October to November 2023 timeframe, Crain Buick GMC received and transferred to Bale Chevrolet a 2016 GMC Canyon with a defective battery and infotainment touch screen. Although stating in CARFAX that the vehicle received a “pre-delivery inspection” the easily detectable issues were passed on to a consumer that later paid $1,400.00 in parts and labor for repairs. On first look, by Russell Chevrolet, only the battery was diagnosed as causing “low voltage codes.” Only after taking the vehicle to Everrett Buick GMC was th... read more
