This was THE BEST experience I have ever had buying a car. The whole staff was very friendly and I am greatful for their hospitality. But most importantly my salesman Stephan was the best through the whole process he explained everything to me and was very patient with me. I have never been so happy with the customer service from anyone as much as I am with him!

They had our vehicle in at 7:45am and did not finish until almost 3pm in the afternoon. It was only going to take a couple of hours, so we were told, yea right. A fuel system flush and replace one of the gas lines in my husband's vehicle. Well, they did the flush, And instead of replacing the whole gas line, all they did was repair where it was leaking from , them charged us almost $400.00 in labor for a part that cost around $40.00 and an almost 8hrs of our time.The person in the service dept came out and told us the estima... read more
i purchased a 2018 equinox, and just love it..everyone there was very friendly and helpful..i got a much better deal than i would have at my regular dealership..was worth the drive from cleveland !
