While we were on vacation we hit a deer, we called Ehler Chevrolet in Hoisington. They got us in right away, worked late to get our car fixed, loaned us a car to drive to the hotel. They had our car fixed by the next morning. Great service and friendly people!!

My husband and I had visited three dealerships and left so disappointed in the way we had been approached and treated. From the first day we visited the Modern store in Burlington Ethan Storey was very professional and welcoming. He was informative and kept us updated after we ordered our Tahoe. The day it was delivered Ethan was as excited as we were. I highly recommend that if you are in the market to buy a vehicle call Ethan, he will not disappoint! I have not one good thing to say. What ever you do don't bring your car there to be serviced. Sales does not care about the problems my 2022 Chevy Equinox is having and the fact that the service department doesn't do their job at all!! I wish I could post the video I have of how my car was returned to me after they said they fixed the radio problems.

Awful customer service and humans. It is all about the money and NOT the customers! I took my Tahoe into the dealership because it was having two issues, 1. after breaking and beginning to accelerate, it would shoot forward and then the nose of the vehicle would dip down right after and 2. the entire dash, while driving, would go out. I would have no ability to see anything. It took them 5 days to figure out the mechanical issue, leaving me without a vehicle until the 5th day when I get a rental through my warranty program. ... read more

Well it’s my time to complain. I have bought probably six or seven cars from Rick Hendrick Chevrolet in Buford. My Corvette Malinda suburban and on and on. So there’s a couple screws loose on my convertible clamp they want $220 just to look at it, that’s before any, parts and service is done to it. Unreal, and ridiculous. I will never go there for service or buy a car from them again.

STAY AWAY! I purchased a Volvo XC60 Premier from ONLINE cars. Turns out that came from McCluskey. The 172 point inspection is BS. The same day it was delivered I had to replace all tail lights and head lights. Also had to replace the catalytic converter on the vehicle. Upon reaching out to my sales rep for over a month, I had to find out when I never received my title, that she was on maternity leave. Ronnie Freeze the service manager is a LIAR!! You're right you never did business with my Step Daughter Bailey Osburn, but you did have the truck that was mentioned in the review. I am Tim Mehalic and I'm here to defend my name and what did NOT happen at Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet. Ronnie you didn't explain the details you mentioned in your rebuttal of my first review. Kay A great dealership to do business with. My new/used Tahoe was delivered today to Jacksonville, FL. My sales person was Matt Johnson, he was very nice and helpful, answering all questions. I would recommend this business.
