I callled the Dealership to find out about the availibilty of a C8 Corvette that was listed online. I talked to Josh in sales for my first call, he had told me he would call me back with some information. I never heard back the rest of that day. This service department is run by very unprofessional management and customer service advisor's. I would not recommend it to anyone. This is not a dealership you want to do business with. Service department is horrible.
This was my second and last visit to the detail shop. The first time I went a year and a half ago the car exterior looked great but the mats weren’t cleaned. This time the exterior has bug mess still under the wax and the wax wasn’t buffed all the way in some places not what I was hoping for the price. Won’t be going back.
I would like to say Thank You to the Hoselton team for their kind service. From the moment I entered I was treated with the upmost respect and friendliness while they looked over my vehicle completely for me. The owner even took time to respectfully greet me remembering me from previous times . The Hoselton Team certainly knows and shows concideration to customers and made me feel welcome . I just wanted to give a huge thank you to Moukda and John for making it happen for my husband and I on our brand new 2023 Z71 Tahoe! We just purchased a new traverse from Blasius Chevy. The experience from ordering through delivery and financing was very good and seamless.
