This company is running a blatant bait and switch. They post tons of properties and leave the postings up, despite them having overwhelming pending applications. My girlfriend and I discovered this after falling in love with a property for rent. We were quite upset that the property was unavailable after receiving an email from an employee. We responded back and forth to discover that virtually none of their listings were really available, and it seems more like the company just leaves the listings up to coerce potential cus... read more

I tried to file an application for a rental. There's some issues with the property but I was told that I had to take the home 'as is'. I know that if I took it and moved out I would be charged for broken closet doors hot water heater didn't work and cabinet doors painted shut. I filled out the application and was sent a focusing. My application was already signed and it wasn't my signature. They request an $80 application fee and a lease fee which is not disclosed. It's a shame. If I could give a zero star, that would best describe this company and its customer service. I have lived in my home since 2013, and this group has been our HOA management. You can't resolve things involving billing without going through multiple people and waiting for someone to contact you back. They have a poor billing and accounting service and team. I have tried for the past 3 weeks to contact this company regarding a property they manage and or own in the Summergrove community located in Newnan. I own a property beside thier property and they have a tree that is located wat to close to the foundation and more than half the tree is located on my side. I have every right to cut the branches off my property but this would make the tree look hideous so I wanted to work out a deal with this company to take the tree down. My husband and I were so excited about getting approved to move in and when we arrived with one key for 2 screen doors and 2 regular doors all for one key Julie V. Told us. And come to find out the key only fit the front entrance. We were also advised to do a move in inspection and to our discovery we found the place to be inhabitants to dead and alive spiders & bed bugs, and the window counters where you wound put a small plant or something on was extremely dirty & nasty looking. My home had many issues . The landlord was hardly ever available to speak to . My home got sold to them and they didn't even tell me . Had my rent completely wrong . Rodent problem they didn't fix until months later and I had to pay for it myself. They needed the lease and wouldn't let me renew the lease . The landlord acted as if she never cares. My family and I have just recently moved in the home with Home river group NC. Not even 30 days worst mistake. We've paid on the 1st all the fees to get into the home. Once in they charged us 4 days later for a airfiliter that we already paid for on the 1st. I paid, so I could contact someone after so I wouldn't gain late charges, no one response. Then 10 days later we are charged for an air filter again. We've been charge for one thing 3 times in 14 days. Now 27 days of living in this home we have no heat, no microwave, no ... read more

We went through the application process and paid the expensive fees after seeing that we met all the rental requirements just to be told that our application was denied due to previous credit history. We met all the requirements, including the credit score so it was very frustrating paying $150 dollars just to find out that we did not qualify after seeing that we met every requirement.
