Dr. Shafer is professional, compassionate, and competent. He has an easy approachable manner. He doesn't push for surgery when another approach is available. He is everything you would want in an orthopedic MD.
Dr. Shafer is a wonderful doctor! He tells it like it is n doesn’t tell you you need surgery just to put money in his pocket! The only problem I had was finding your location! It took us 25 min to locate your office and that was because of a very knowledgeable employee that stayed on the phone to get us there and I didn’t get her name. We had 3 GPS going and it never directed us. It was upsetting as we are never late for an appointment.
Dr. Shafer is truly a gift to us weekend warriors that aspire to maintain our athletic goals. I was seen for evaluation of shoulder pain. His evaluation was efficient, thorough and recommendation for treatment reassuring. He is very professional and bedside manner is unsurpassed. I highly recommend him without hesitation.
On time and as always takes a sensible approach. He does not try to get you to use more of his service if you don't need to.
Timely appointment...Dr Shafer is pleasant and very professional...explains everything. I have every confidence in him.
I was seen promptly. X-rays we’re done before Dr Schaffer came in. His PA is awesome. I felt like my concerns were addressed and questions were answered. Very satisfied with the visit.
Dr. Shafer, from our first consultation all the way to follow ups with my sons surgery, he made us feel comfortable and very competent. I never felt rushed with my questions and his bedside manner was great. He did my sons 15 yr old ACL/meniscus repair and has had a pretty good recovery so far. I felt like he was in good hands the whole way.
Love Dr Shafer. Very professional and easy to talk to. He listens too! His MA Nicole is the BEST. I have worked in the medical/surgical field and am very confident in him
