Dr. Haas and Staff-- A special thanks to you and your entire staff. Due to my age I was very concerned about today, however your staff from the beginning of my appointment until the end were extremely kind and professional -- more importantly they somehow made me relax and comfortable during the entire procedure. Again I thank Dr. Haas and the entire staff,

I was referred here for PT on both knees. They were nice enough. Never saw the same person. Every session I could barely walk for the next few days. One session I was feeling burning in my thigh and the therapist said the burn is a good sign during exercise. I wish they used heat or something to warm up.

The medical care I received at this facility was stellar. The pre-op and post-op nurses answered all my questions, took great care of me and were nurturing. My doctor was great too. On the other hand, what is going on in their billing department? Prior to surgery, I tried to reach Stephanie to get an idea of my out-of-pocket costs for the surgery. She was rude (was more concerned about how I got her number) the one time I spoke to her and she provided no information about my costs. I left two voicemails that were never retur... read more

While my Doctors have been decent. Currently with Dr.Gollapalli. My experiences with this office has been horrible. My medications don't get refilled. The pharmacy requests sit unanswered. I spent an hour and a half yesterday trying to speak with someone to understand why the refills haven't been sent back. I was told ok, let me check and call you back. NO CALL BACK, no refills. Down to my last dose of a maintenance medication for potential life-threatening condition. Call pharmacy today, "no sir, we don't have the authoriza... read more

I had to go to the ER for an acute illness. I was treated with amazing kindness and courtesy. Everyone I encountered from registration through to the doctor were amazing, caring and competent. I would highly recommend good Samaritan hospital to anybody in the Palm Beach area.

Dr. Boylan performed my total knee replacement in July of 2024. In full disclosure, I am an employee of the Bucks County Surgical Suites and so I felt much more at ease than a typical surgical patient might feel. Yet on my surgical day, I was extremely nervous and very grateful for how thorough, timely, precise, kind, professional and capable everyone was. I already knew that to be true, as I work with these people every day, but I am still much obliged and grateful for a smooth admission, fine attention to detail, a wonderf... read more

Do not use Park Cities!!!!  They are completely unprofessional and the anesthesiologist will come into your room and tell you 5 times that “you look like shit.” and then refuse to do the surgery and start hurling accusations at you. The other doctors are nosy and insert themselves in your procedure. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Go to ANY PLACE BUT HERE!
