Be prepared to pay 2 co-payments if you ever have to go to the emergency room. Total scam.

DR. Gardner and the medical team Jean, Alexa, Anne and Sue were wonderful throughout my colonoscopy procedure. Thank you for your caring, friendly and professional help.

Was given written notification for 1pm appointment, but was texted 2 days before procedure that it was at 12:30, I had to quickly arrange proper transportation due to their error. Sent me wrong information on being able get a ride home. I can indeed call for transportation provided by insurance, I don't need a person there with me, which they insisted I had to have. I was told several times via phone and in bold large font text to be there 1 hour early, but I sat in lobby for 1/2 hour before I was seen. Was given written inf... read more

I give this hospital zero stars. My husband has been in here three times in six months and have done nothing. My husband went into the hospital 01/31/2024. They admitted him after six hours of waiting to see a doctor which we never saw. He just went back two weeks ago. He as blood clots in his leg and foot. Floor doctor was ready to release him to a skilled nursing facility. Said he didn't think my husband would make it through surgery. Vascular Surgeon states different. Floor doctor and specialists don't seem to communicate... read more

My son was brought to Memorial Herman Memorial City hospital due to food poisoning and was bleeding from the rear. He arrived with his wife at noon on June 7th. After being taken in we requested some information and were given none. I happen to be his father. I asked the receptionist to speak to a doctor or a nurse and was told that some would be out to speak with us in a few minutes. 30 minutes later I reminded her that no one has come to speak with us. Then the  receptionist tells me that no one Will speak to either myself... read more

I went to the Emergency Room on Wednesday May 29, 2024 by order of my Dr at the VAMC in Shreveport, LA for numbness in my rt hand. After nearly 5 hrs there, they assumed I had a stroke, in which I did not have a stroke. I had no symptoms of even having a stoke. They treat Disabled Veterans like a dummy. Even said I wasn't in the system under my Veteran Insurance, in which I am. They wanted to ship me out to Houston or Dallas. That's when I got frustrated and walked out. On Thursday, May 30th, I contacted my Dr. at Overto... read more

If you can go ANYWHERE else do it! The patient communication is terrible to non-existent. The billing is a nightmare. I was billed a second time, a year after my procedure. They told me both the Dr and the facility (which they do not own) get to bill for the procedure. I paid half the second bill and then it disappeared off the billing site! Upon calling I was told they can not find that bill or the money I paid!! Criminal!!! I will now pursue legal actions against them. Save yourself the billing theft and having to recover,... read more

I was waiting almost 3 hours in ER. The blond head lady that took my blood pressure was s I mewhat rude. Maybe she had a bad day. Once I got to the back. The staff seem alittle rude. Even the doctor somewhat. I dont think I will visit this place again. They seemed to be understaffed and seem to be somewhat rude. I have visited many er rooms due to illness and never had I felt that I would not get the best care. I walked out. I cryed when I got to my car. I should of stayed for medicial purposes, but I would rather much go ... read more
