Dr. Ott may be a hero when it comes to surgery but is horrible when it comes to a simple knees exam. I went to Dr. Ott for knee pain. They took ONE xray. He barely spent 15 minutes with me and looked totally bored and couldn't wait to leave., He told me I didn't have arthritis (which I learned later was incorrect) and couldn't seem to tell me what was the problem with my knees. I am a new patient for HMG. My new patient appointment with Dr. Metger went extremely well. I was in search of previous health records and experienced a hiccup. I sought help in their Kingsport complex. Mary Beth in the reception area rocks. She got me headed in the right direction. Barsha Grant intercepted my need for help. In minutes all solved. I now know i made the right choice transfering to HMG.

One star is too high...I wish I could give it a zero. I went there on June 7, 2023 because I was having pain in my side. It ended up being appendicitis. The Dr asked if I could be pregnant. I told her "no" that I had an ablation on my uterus, have not had a period in over 5 years AND there is no way I could be pregnant. I literally told her it would be the next baby Jesus and to not do a pregnancy test. The Dr did a pregnancy test anyways. They never told me they did the test OR gave me the test results. Three receptionists, three triage employees - not one of them over the age of 25. Experience is value! Twelve bed unit, but a huge waiting room. Go elsewhere!

I was very impressed on the level of expertise and benefits of my vestibular PT with Georgia. She is extremely knowledgeable and a true professional. I learned a lot from Georgia about my inner ear condition, and with the different exercises she had me do every week, I gained not only a better insight into my condition, but it also gave me CONFIDENCE and hope about my prognosis. My 4 Pelvic Therapy sessions at the Healthlink at Camp Bullis with Laura was very complete. Laura was friendly and knowledgeable. I learned several things to improve the condition of the bladder. Laura gave me a list of foods and drinks to avoid, which worsens my condition. i also learned exercises to help with my issue. The correct way to breath and avoiding certain foods has helped me. I would definitely recommend the Camp Bullis Therapy location to my family and friends. Thank You E.D.

Had Cataract surgery in January and February of this year. The client facing staff and nurses are wonderful and caring. The billing department however leaves a lot to be desired, today I received a bill for the services performed, this was the first one I received and although they hadn’t billed me for five months they had the audacity to show the charges as 120 day past due and a threat to turn the account over to a collection agency if payment was not received within 10 days. Incompetence in the highest degree.

The worst medical facility I have ever been to. I waited for 3 hours at the emergency room and never did get to see a doctor. That was at 3:00 AM and I was the only person there.
